There is no minimum order value for delivery However we charge category wise

Rs 30 for all category Order value below 1000/-
Rs 30 for Vegetables and fruits order value below Rs 300/-
Rs 30 for Grocery order value below Rs 800/-

The working days for P3Naturals are From Monday to Saturday. Fruits & Veggies which you have ordered pass through various processes including Ozonisation, Drying, Quality Inspection therefore P3Naturals consolidates order until midnight, process it and dispatch them on next day

In case if you get rotten Veggies / Fruits in our delivery or bad quality, Please feel free to contact us on e-mail at care@P3Naturals.com or call us/ WhatsApp us on +91 9820260044 within 1 days of receiving the order. For rotten items we will replace it free of cost or will refund its cost in wallet .

P3Naturals delivery person will try to contact customer, if Customer wish to drop this delivery at neighbors, He will deliver at neighborhood. In case of COD, it will be adjusted in next order.

Yes you can cancel your order before midnight.

Once order is placed online or by whatsApp, P3Naturals consolidates all order until midnight. Fresh items picked and bring in our facility and then it is passed through “Ozone sanitization process” and dry up. This entire process is handled by trained staff at P3Naturals and packed as per order and send out for delivery. Once order is dispatched notification sms will be sent to your registered mobile number.
